With over 20 years of experience in the HVACR industry, Mitchell Cousins has developed deep-rooted expertise, starting as an apprentice at Coles Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. Driven by a passion for technical excellence, Mitchell pursued an Electrical Diploma through night classes while completing his trade. This commitment equipped him with a robust skillset, instrumental in the strategic growth of Coles Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
In addition to his technical expertise, Mitchell brings over 15 years of business, project management, and leadership experience. His journey from apprentice to owner and director at Coles Refrigeration and Air Conditioning is a testament to his leadership and vision, which have played a key role in transforming a long-standing, well-established local company into the modern age.
Now, Mitchell is leveraging his extensive skills and experience to create and build a new company from the ground up. This venture is both exciting and promising, positioning Coles Electrical Group as a future leader in the industry.

Daniel Spencer has a wealth of knowledge with 15 years of experience in the electrical Industry. Specialising in building and energy management control systems, mechanical electrical, large scale commercial and domestic Installations. Daniel also brings his business development, project management and leadership experience from previously starting and building a leading Electrical and controls company within the Newcastle area, delivering large scale commercial projects and manufacturing of custom switchboards/control panels across the Hunter and Sydney region. Coles Electrical Group and Daniel alike pride themselves on delivering a high-quality product, while working side by side with our clients to provide more efficient and cost effect outcomes to suit their requirements.

Born in Newcastle, Isaac started his adult working life in Sydney as an Investment Analyst and later moved onto a Business Advisory role in his hometown of Newcastle.
Isaac’s role in the business is to create effective systems and processes to allow the Coles Electrical Group team to work at their optimum levels and create a working environment where people are happy to come to work. Our 5 year goal is to become the best company in Newcastle and we plan on achieving this through a great working culture, having the right people on board, and providing an efficient and seamless product and service to our customers.
